Sometimes you have to find creative ways to stay active in Dallas’ (still) unforgiving temps. Here, we share a few ideas.

Pig & Bunny Yoga

When: Saturday, 10 – 11am and 11:15 – 12:15pm
Where: FleaStyle’s boutique in Deep Ellum
FleaStyle sees your adorable pygmy goats, and raises you pigs, bunnies, and post-yoga hard cider. The workout itself likely won’t result in many endorphins, but the animals (and the money you’ll raise for charity) will provide plenty of good vibes.

Where: SculptHouse in Inwood Village
Know a Dallas dude who’s interested in trying SculptHouse, the newly opened Atlanta import that combines Megaformers with Woodway Curve treadmills? Tell that Dallas dude to keep Saturday at 12:30pm open. Beer will be included.

The Week Ahead…

Spend Monday evening with Outdoor Voices for a yoga “Glow Flow” with TruFusion and a special guest (keep an eye on Instagram this Sunday night for the reveal). For even more glow-infused yoga, the Dallas Fitness Ambassadors and Sweet Tooth Hotel have teamed up for a weekly Wednesday flow in Discotech’s trippy setting.
